Applications Santé des Lipides (ASL) is experienced in the field of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) incorporated into phospholipids. Using an egg yolk extract, ASL is able to provide GPL which is 95+ % pure and contains 15 % DHA. This is a very specific source for DHA as GPL-DHA®.
The strategy of ASL is to develop the GPL-DHA® through clinical nutrition studies in collaboration with research centers and to disseminate its scientific knowledge to workers in the field of Health and Nutrition. The information communicated by ASL is based on critical analysis of the most recent publications in the field.
